Es Terral is a restaurant offering fresh products and a French touch cuisine and air located in the central street of San Vicente and in its first season it has become a culinary landmark in Santa Eulària des Riu. Chef and owner, Matthieu Savariaud, creates his dishes with care using only fresh, local and seasonal products. Vegetables grown in Ibiza, juicy steaks, excellent risottos and fresh fish finely cooked. All accompanied by an excellent selection of French wines.
